Performs human resource generalist functions, such as payroll administration, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations, benefits administration, employee file maintenance, employee handbook updates, coordinating with third-party vendors, adhering to legal reporting requirements, and advancing workplace culture.

This position reports to the Controller and is based in Raleigh, NC. Due to the pandemic, we are currently working remotely and anticipate a transition to a hybrid working environment when feasible.
