he SPCA of Wake County seeks a high-energy, exceptionally organized, people-loving professional to lead its essentially important volunteer program into the future. Responsibilities include developing effective policies, procedures and guidelines for the volunteer program; driving program growth; recruiting, training, motivating, and coaching 1,500+ volunteers; nurturing positive staff/volunteer relationships, and working collaboratively with others to meet the needs of the organization.
